Rohit Upadhyay, Founder & CEO of Ibroad7 Communication Pvt. Ltd., is a visionary entrepreneur and Radio Evangelist. With experience at Indian Express, Times of India, Star India (Radio City), and Reliance Broadcast (Big FM), he pioneered India’s fi rst full-service audio agency. An MBA from Pune University, he enjoys poetry, storytelling, and family time with his wife Isha and their two children.

Rakesh Jha has over 28 years of extensive experience in marketing communications, brand strategy, and audio-visual production. Rakesh has led impactful campaigns across corporate, government, CSR, and entertainment sectors. He has successfully delivered over 300 projects, including 250+ campaigns and films.
A seasoned communication leader, he is also an accomplished writer, director, and producer with a deep passion for storytelling.

Simran Tandon is the Associate Creative Director at Raasa Studio. A Filmmaking graduate from Whistling Woods International and a Journalism major from IGNOU, she has worked as a model and actor in numerous TV commercials and short fi lms.
With 6+ years of experience in Mumbai’s renowned production houses, she now channels her passion to lead the creative direction for all brands and channels under Raasa Studio

Vivek Rai
AV Producer
Vivek has a natural approach to sound, combining technical skills with creativity. His love for video games first sparked his interest in audio when he became fascinated by their sound effects. This passion led him to study audio engineering, where he specialized in music programming and composing.
Coming from a family of musicians, Vivek was the first to turn music—especially sound design—into a full-time career. Music was always part of his life, but he chose his own path, fully dedicating himself to the world of sound.
